My ticket bought for WordCamp New York 2008, I spread the good news.

I bought my ticket this morning for WordCamp New York 2008, scheduled for 10:00 am on October 5, 2008. This will be good. I attended the WordPress New York Meetup just once. I enjoyed the social aspects. Meeting folks is nice. But I also like—nay, I need—structure.

There still isn’t a preliminary schedule available, but the venue has been confirmed: one of Sun Microsystems office’s in Midtown. Convenient. Unsure of what WordCamp actually was, I read Jeff’s appropriately titled post, What is WordCamp?

I’m looking forward to it.

So get your tickets for the first WordCamp New York.
