Ah, the sweet smells of Jhapa. Any Timepass sightings? It's a Terai life for me or nothing, except on an island.

I was definitely overnight in Jhappa, staying at the one star Kanchenjunga Hotel. The Sri Punjab was closed, though.

In summary, arrived in Karkarbhitta. Shipped the baggage via a night bus to Kathmandu. Flew myself on a plane there from nearby Bhadrapur.

And it was damn hot.

Took me a couple tries reading this to get my head around all the locations. I kept getting hung up on flying a jeep. But only the stuff in the jeep flew. the jeep stayed in Karkarbhitta, right?
